PORTTABLE® olive oils are cold produced, primarily out of olives from the Douro and Trás-os-Montes region, solely through mechanical processes, extracting extra-virgin oils with a fruity, bitter and spicy palate in the early phase of the olive harvest and a softer, sweeter taste through the end of the season. We commercialize three classes of olive oils, one of which with biological certification, Premium, Organic and Original. All these kinds of olive oil are available only in 500ml glass containers.
Confident about the high quality of our olives as a raw material, we decided to create a product able to provide a completely new experience in the way people use olives as na appetiser. In order to distinguish ourselves from other olive suppliers, we decided to create our unique Green Pitted Olives in Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
From our “Negrinha de Freixo” olive cultivar plantations, PORTTABLE® has developed green and black olives tapenade. Both products reflect, in diferente ways, the olive’s fruity and characteristic flavour. Our green and black olives tapenade are suitable towards a simple consumption along with toast and bread, as a replacement for butter or for use as an ingredient in cooked dishes.
