Pairs with: Good accompaniment to red fruits (grapes, strawberries, cherries), dark chocolate and strong cheeses)

Enology: Grapes from only one harvest and its vinifification is performed according to the traditional method of Port Wine. After partial destemming of the grapes, they are crushed in stone wine presses. Fermentation of the must occurs at a temperature control environment.

Tasting Notes: A young Tawny Port with some complexity of ripe red fruit notes lightened by the presence of oak which is complemented by a balanced sweetness & a long finish.

Ageing in oak during 10 years

Enology
Port wine classical method with unique maceration and short alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by fortifification.

Tasting Notes
Golden brown colour with amber areola. Elegant and rich nose combined with mature wild fruit aromas with delicate and subtle dry fruits. Complex notes of buttery caramel and fine wood.

Ageing

Aged in big oak wood vats and it can be bottled in the fourth and sixth year after harvest.

Grapes from only one harvest and its vinifification is performed according to the traditional method of Port Wine. After partial destemming of the grapes, they are crushed in stone wine presses. Fermentation of the must occurs at a temperature control environment being interrupted by the addition of brandy.

Tasting Notes
It has a violet colour. In the nose na intense aroma of black cherry and chocolate is present. Powerful in the mouth with notes of spices, ripe fruit and balanced tannins.
